  • Deposit buyer’s earnest money deposit
  • Read and sign Seller’s disclosures
  • Order inspection
  • Lender send out appraiser to appraise the property
  • Comply with all of Lender’s requirements
  • Request in writing repairs if needed
  • Order Homeowner’s Insurance policy
  • Order Home Warranty
  • Remove Contingencies
  • Do a final walk through of home
  • Sign Loan & escrow documents
  • Bring cashier’s check to title company for any additional funds
  • Deed is recorded in your name and Escrow closed
  • Receive the keys and garage openers
